Hi...the ulcer is due to the irritation caused by the sharp cusp of the upper third molar and due to the insufficient space for the lower third molar tooth/wisdom tooth to erupt. The pain is more due to constant food accumulation and infection in the affected area.
Next Steps
Visit dentist immediately and get evaluated through radiographic investigations .
Health Tips
Add salt in luke warm water, gargle in the affected side 4 times a day to get temporary relief. Advised to do regulardental check up and teeth cleaning every 6 months.

Visit any nearby dentist. If tooth needs surgery then get it done from MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Meanwhile keep the area clean. Use mouthwash. Apply ice from outside to the swelling 3-4 times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food.

Hi The symptoms are normal hence no need to panic Just take some antibiotics and painkillers (to be prescribed after consultation only) And apply ointment- dologel CT on the ulcers And get the tooth extracted(extraction is to be decided after a x ray and check up only, extraction can be avoided if position of the wisdom tooth is normal) only after the swelling subsides
Next Steps
Consult a dentist and get a x ray done so that the treatment plan can be designed
Health Tips
Don’t apply hot water bottles or heat in any form for the swelling
