Hi...the gum infection with pus discharge is due to the tooth with cavity extended to the pulp and caused infection at the tip of the root. The condition is called 'PERIAPICAL ABSCESS'.The cause for it has to be first diagnosed through Xray examination.Self medication will cause serious problems .
Next Steps
Visit dentist immediately and rule out the cause nd get correct treatment plan.
Health Tips
Advised to do regular dental check up and teeth cleaning every 6 months.

Hello,
Dear pus won't go on it's own or even just by antibiotics. You have to visit a dentist get a x-ray done then pus drainage. X-ray will rule out the cause of pus formation and hence better treatment can be carried out.
Hello dear
Please be calm
It's nice that you are taking antibiotics.but merly antibiotics will not do the purpose .i suggest you to have warm saline rinses for hygiene maintainence
Next Steps
in addition due to covid , you can show the current clinical condition online so that urgency for incision and drainage could be ruled out
Hi,
The antibiotics will not help much unless the root cause of the problem is diagnosed and treated. In your case the infection source could be the tooth or the gums.A proper examination with xray will help in pinpointing the condition. I strongly urge you to see your dentist. Also as a note of caution please do not self medicate with antibiotics. They are powerful drugs which are to be used judiciously.
