In normal words i can explain You that swelling means some kind of infection in gums, Take metrogyl  400mg 2 times a day after food for 5days along with clavulin 625mg. And Go for Deep cleaning of Gums also along  with medications.

There is no best antibiotic and they are prescribed according to the clinical evaluation of the case.
