Hello, The stains appear due to food accumulation on teeth. There is slight gum redness also along the tooth-gum margin.

Warm salt water rinses daily after every meal for 1 week. Use bass method of brushing ( see in youtube) for better oral hygiene maintenance.

Hello, The mark on your teeth are stains mostly they happen because of solid and liquid food intake and some habits like somking and tobacco chewing. Need not to worry go for a tooth cleaning procedure. And to maintain your oral hygiene do warm saline rinse 3 to 4 times a day.

Hello no need to worry These are stains very normal . Can be due to food we eat,marks to tea , coffee or smoking . Visit to dentist and get ultrasonic scaling (cleaning and polishingof tooth )done . It won't take too much time painless procedure
