Hello dear Please be calm See only scaling is not sufficient enough for maintaining long term hygiene. There is need for good brushing and proper rinsing Paste are all same except for rampant caries so you use any paste ,it will be useful. You can consult any dentist for practicing proper brushing Thanks

Hello, Despite going for scaling, you have these stains/deposits again. It means, you are not able to brush those areas/teeth properly where deposits are present. Cause of deposits: Because of Crowding in lower front teeth, you are not able to brush those teeth properly. I will advise you to go for orthodontic treatment (braces) for proper alignment of your teeth. So, that you don’t need to go for scaling again & again.
Next Steps
Get orthodontic treatment done. Do proper brushing twice a day. Flossing between the teeth is very important for you.
Health Tips
Any particular toothpaste will not be useful for you, until brushing technique is correct. Get proper scaling done once & learn brushing technique from your dentist.

Hello, Plaque is something that will form even after scaling... With pictures it's clear that your teeth needs scaling. See if you think once scaling is done you won't need it another time it's not like that scaling needs to be done twice a year with 6 month gap. After your scaling ask the dentist to tell you about the brushing technique you should follow.
Health Tips
brush twice daily
