Welcome to practo..
I advice you to reduce tea or coffee, then check for fluoride content in your drinking water in your area.. May be if more fluoride content in the area, then stains may reoccur..
And also, some medications can cause stains. Like iron capsules can cause stains..
In that case, visit general physician regarding the iron capsules..
Brush smoothly and twice a day..
Verify if the stain is increasing..
Check if you use more fluoridated tooth paste or mouth wash..
If so, reduce the fluoride tooth paste and mouth wash.. Because usage of more fluoride and mouth wash can cause stains..
After one week, if the stains are increasing, then
Consult me for further details..
Thank you. Have a nice day..
Hie..
scaling doesn’t mean you won’t get stains .. stains are totally depending on the diet u pursue.. coffe /yea we Indians usually take..
After scaling always ask for polishing .. it will smoothen the micro scratches on the teeth and will minimise the scaling
You should avoid tea and coffee and if your teeth are not in alignment then it will be the reason for a food accumulation which cause plaque again. But you are saying staing in teeth it may be due to coffee, coldrink or a tea.
