Looking at the picture,I can say that there are hard deposits on your teeth which is known as calculus. Because of it’s presence, your regular brushing cannot get all the way to your teeth for thorough cleaning. As a result of it there is now swelling in the gums and associated pain.

You are suffering from a condition called as periodontitis.Periodontitis is a disease of gums and underlying bone. There are yellowish deposits on your teeth called plaqur/calculus which are causing this.You will have to get a scaling and polishing done of your teeth at a dentist . This will have to be followed by scruplous oral hygiene including brushing twice a day and flossing. For a temporary period you will ahve to use a mouthwash.All these measures should stabilise your condition
