Hello, Looking at the picture,I can say that there are hard deposits on your teeth which is known as calculus. Because of it’s presence, your regular brushing cannot get all the way to your teeth for thorough cleaning. As a result of it there is now swelling in the gums and associated pain.
Next Steps
Next step : Please visit a dentist to get scaling (teeth cleaning and polishing) done. The sooner you visit, the faster healing can initiate.
Health Tips
Word of caution : Persistent long duration swelling can further get complicated and start affecting the bone in that area which holds the teeth. Because if which you might experience loosening of teeth.

The image is not too clear . But, looks like you need teeth cleaning (scaling ) at least for your lower front teeth .. There is tartar accumulation in your teeth which is irritating your gums and thus they are swollen
Next Steps
Visit a local dentist , Brush your teeth twice and ask your dentist to show you a proper way of brushing in that area .

Hi, You are suffering from a condition called as periodontitis.Periodontitis is a disease of gums and underlying bone. There are yellowish deposits on your teeth called plaqur/calculus which are causing this. You will have to get a scaling and polishing done of your teeth at a dentist . This will have to be followed by scruplous oral hygiene including brushing twice a day and flossing. For a temporary period you will ahve to use a mouthwash. All these measures should stabilise your condition
