Cavity and sensitivity in teeth
Hi, in my last tooth black spot just appeared on uper side and gum line from some days..i think it's carries .And I feel air sensitivity in that area.. I feel very sour in teeth when I drink lemon water .. I can't have sour food.. My gums are also become swollen and sensitive sometimes..there is some plaque also in lower teeth..I brush two times and do salt water gargle..
Because of covid I can't visit any clinic now, plz any one would suggest me any toothpaste for carries stop progressing, and is power toothbrush better for teeth problems...

Hello,
You need to post pictures of your teeth, for exact diagnosis but the black spot near gumline can either be caries or calculus (hard deposit). If it’s caries, you need to go for filling, only toothpaste cannot stop it but maintaining good oral hygiene can control the spread, so that once the covid condition is better, you can visit a dentist & get it treated.
