Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had a root canal in one of my molars two years ago. Recently while chewing that tooth broke and came off in pieces. Is it okay to just leave it like that.

I went tooth composite filling in April ...now whenever i pulley my mouth with cold water (fridge) ..I get a sharp pain for few seconds then I could hear a cracking sound( quite soft) and the pain dissaper instantly...I think it is filling leakage ...does this match filling leakage symptom

Hi, I have had an habit of chewing Rajnigandha (Pan Masala) and Tulsi (tobacco) for 6-7 years though I quitted tobacco in Feb this year but was still chewing pan masala. From 2-3 years I have been observing white patches in my mouth along with pigmentation and I am able to open my mouth till 2.5 fingers. I don't want to disclose this condition to my family as there will be chaos and mentally they will take too much tension so I need to know if this can be cured automatically with any changes in lifestyle and with the help of any medicines... if then then kindly help. Also I am a regular drinker so do I need to cut down on drinking also?? Kindly suggest.
