Hello
It may be because of cheek bite post treatment and it may be the effect of anesthesia as you dont feel any pain on bite once anaesthesia is given.
As seen in the pic, the situation seems nothing serious.
As time passes everything will be healed
Next Steps
If the situation doesn’t resolve in next two days then visit the dentist who have operated
Hello
It could be a wound due to biting while your mouth was still in anaesthesia after tooth extraction. It can also be a portion of the impacted lower wisdom tooth.
Hello.. Welcome to practo..
This might be an injury to the tissue during impaction..
I advice you to apply coconut oil thrice a day for five days.
Also apply dentogel in that place for two days, twice a day for five minutes, a pea size quantity and rinse it off.
Avoid eating with ointment.
If you feel any discomfort or no healing means visit the dentist as soon as possible.
That's fine as it happened due to impingement of earlier upper wisdom tooth, and will heal soon of it's own.
But get the lower wisdom tooth examined, it looks like it decayed and needs an extraction as well

Lets keep it simple, that hole was because your upper tooth was constantly hitting the lower region.
Take hiora gel which would fasten up the healing process n clear the infection
Next Steps
get ur lower third molar out as well as its horizontally partially impacted. in future can lead to distal resorption of 2nd molar tooth thats y
