Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have something like this on my tounge. I think I ate some hot thing yesterday, but I am not sure. Could it be something serious? Or just burning or biting. Bit irritation.

My left side gums under teeth is showing numbness. Feel like swelling of the skin inside the mouth though not apparent in face from outside. No pain till now. Any medicines

Hi, I have impacted wisdom tooth in lower right side,. There is swelling in gum and pain for past 6 days.. Dentist checked it and did xray.. Dentist Said there is no infection aur pus.. And gave me pirox tab.. But it is still paining.. And my throat is also paining near thyroid gland while eating or swallowing.. Is it because of wisdom tooth..? Can anyone help me plz
