Hello The x-ray that you have attached is a bit unclear but what I can make out is that the cavity or the Decay in the tooth has reached till the nerve of the tooth and even your symptoms indicate that the tooth has been infected. This would require a root canal treatment followed by crown. It Cannot be cured at home on your own. you need to visit a dentist get it properly checked and get your treatment started.
Next Steps
You can get in touch with me. I am an Endodontist or a root canal specialist practising in New Delhi

Firstly, it is important to make sure there is no tooth fracture, in which case the tooth will need to be removed. Secondly, if there is no tooth fracture, then this tooth needs a root canal treatment with a crown/cap on top. There are signs of infection and inflammation.
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist. This problem will not resolve on its own or with medicines.
