Earlier there was minor cavity and doctor did composite filling, 3 days back when I was eating my filling came out (no pain) then I visited same doctor and she clean and said minor tooth also came and did GIC filling as drilling and gap resulted to be close to pulp.
I feel no pain at that time and after but day after it cause pain so I decided to take medicine pain reliever and it is working along side I m putting sensodine toothpaste as well around teeth, After brushing.
Could you please review and let me know would it be normal to have pain I believe it would be due to nerve irritation if be. Would situation improve. I have gic filling to my wisdom teeth as well (done 3 year back) no pain and can see from xray that even close to pulp.
What would the next step I should take...wanna avoid RCT...would the pain subside by week do I wait for week?

U need root canal procedure . It is very close to the pulp ( nerve supply) and even after filling u will have pain while eating . So the filling might last for 6 months or a year and later u vl have to go for RCT procedure . So better you should go for root canal procedure now only .
Hello, I will need to know how old this x ray is? And incase of pulp/nerve involvement rct will be required to prevent further infection in the ligaments.
You can book a consultation for the same with photographs of that area.
Hi,
I suggest you undergo root canal treatment for the tooth that is giving you pain. The filling in the wisdom tooth is also close to the pulp, but if it is not giving you any discomfort now then there is no need to re-treat it till symptomatic.
