Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got dental crowns done on my front 4 teeth. Do they look better than before? What are the further changes that can be recommended given I can change them because they are not permanently fixed. I think they look a bit protruded and the colour is yellowish.

Hi I have been seeing this for last one month in my floor of the mouth. First day I felt something touching under my tongue, but after one day this feeling had gone.  I have habit history. I have visited 2 MDS , one has written ulcer and another written Soft Tissue WNL. I am so much anxious as medication like antibiotics and vitamin didn't heal up. Hi, From past 1 week I'm observing a small bump or needle like structure on my tongue (single needle). It is not causing any pain or disturbance while eating/brushing. But, wanted to know what is that. It appears to be a small throne with ivory/white in colour. Note : My health condition is stable and I'm not on any medications. Please let me know about this issue and possible actions.

I'm a 33 yrs old male and I underwent RCT in my molar teeth 2 years ago. Since then, there has been a swelling in gum adjacent to the same molar teeth. I referred to dentist and he confirmed infection. He said dental x-ray isn't required. He prescribed Amoxicillin 625 BD for 7 days. After 7 days antibiotics course, the swelling is reduced but not 100%. Now he said that tooth needs to be extracted. Is tooth extraction really required? Or is there an alternative. My two or three front bottom gum are paining when I eat . It feel like there is needle there its paining from 2 -3 days
