My daughter molar teeth looking stain, i attached photo for her teeth, pls advise which tooth paste should i use

Looks like cavity fillings are necessary can use composite fillings which are teeth color.

Visit a dentist . If thats a cavity get it filled . It may be more than a stain . And if it a stain need not worry about the paste . Proper brushing will help irrespective of the paste . Also primiraly that stain also may require a dentist for its removal .

Hello The left molar looks cavitated. Firstly, you need to take her to a dentist and get it filled. Secondly, Oral hygiene regimens need to be emphasised such as proper tooth brushing, rinsing after meals.

It is the initial stage of tooth decay, would advise you to get a check up done. If it's a cavity then it needs to be filled before it starts to get deeper.

Hello, I would like to advice , to ask her to follow proper brushing technique with fluoride containing toothpaste in a pea size amount only ,twice daily on a regular basis with ultra soft toothbrush to avoid dental  stains & cavity formation & to rinse with water after having meals containing sweet foodstuffs.
