How much does it cost for teeth whitening? How many sessions should one undergo? Does it hurt your enamel?

My front teeth are too sensitive to hot and cold and at times feel mild pain very mild. What to do??

In 2013 my center front teeth got cracked.The dentist picked up the tooth and cut the tooth of two sides.He implanted a dental bridge which has now become yellowish.So what's the solution now? Should I go for a dental implant or should I change the bridge(EMax/Zirconia/any other will be best for best smile)?What will be the cost of each procedure?
