Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Doctor I am having Gum swelling in one of the upper front teeth for past one year.. Checked with Nearby Dentists they have cleaned and asked me to use mouth wash, soft bristle brush and Pepsodent paste.. After that It will subside for one month and again swelling happens.. For the past one week I am having white colour in the swelling gum of that Teeth and when I touched that gum with tongue it has been very tender and soft when compared to other teeth gums.. I have attached the photo.. Is there any serious issue.. All other teeth gums are fine..

Getting sma single blister or sore from past 3 weeks .every week iam Getting it and it heals in 1 or 2 days .iam felling uncomfortable. But their no pain or itching

Hi, my son is 3 yrs old .. He is having gaps in his  teeth. And he pronounce some letters like s t d etc by keeping his tongue out... Iam worried is it a tongue thrust or what kind of problem it is? Will this go by age?.. Plz suggest ..

Uper wisdom tooth is making a lot of problem in past few days, it's almost damaged and a point is irritating on the below teeths nd making alot of pain. Have to get it removed.

Doctor, I had a feeling from some days that my side profile is not looking normal so I researched about it and came to know that I have problem of overbite...and then I visited a dentist and he confirmed it and treatment started...He basically said that it will be corrected by using a bite plate and I got that bite plate and it has an arch wire which covers the front few teeth...now the lower teeth touch on the plate and the wire creates very little pressure on upper teeth... So I want to know that is it the right way to treat or braces should be used? Also I am using it for past 20 days and one change I noticed in my face is that my right cheekbone has come out a little and feels swollen coz  only one tooth of lower right side is making contact on plate and no other teeth is in contact and coz of this there is continuous pressure on right side of cheek and now face looks asymmetrical a bit from right side..Please tell if it is possible in just 20 days will it be normal???

Hello, I have pain in left jaw. It started when I woke up one day. Consulted 2 different dentists, took multiple x-rays... but they say it's all fine. X-rays attached. I am advised not to open my mouth wide, chew only from right but it's been a month. While chewing or when I open n close mouth I feel something is brushing against each other in jaw. Like a clicking sound. May be teeth n jaw bone? What to do?
