If wisdom tooth is not erupted properly then it will create problem. So it's better to get it extracted as soon as possible. Because the more you delay, more problems you will face.
Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash, if you see any swelling over face then apply ice pack over effected area.
Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

As the third molar or wisdom tooth has no work in chewing food .. the other two molars are sufficient.. means it is of no use.. if you are getting pain in the wisdom tooth after cavity then it can make severe swelling in the side of the mouth as pain is the sign of infection.. better go for Extraction.
