Welcome to practo... I advice you to take an orthopantamogram and verify the bone loss .. Mostly at your age, there will be less bone loss.. And it's may be possible to do implant.. Yet radiographic examination is needed to confirm the situation.. Thank you..

Hello sir, You need to take a CBCT scan first. After proper  evaluation and examination only treatment can be ascertain. If sufficient bone dimensions are available implant is definitely possible. If not then other modalities for bone augmentation/graft or different implant approach can be added in treatment plan.
Next Steps
Please schedule a consultation for examination and better understanding of your customized treatment plan.

You can get the clinical check up done again. Your implantologist will advise the CBCT scan. Depending on number of teeth missing, the implantologist will make a radiographic guide. It's recommended to use it for the CBCT scan. Based on the scan findings, the dentist will decide the bone grafting procedure.
