Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello Doctor I want to know the treatment fees for frenectomy. I want to do it on my upper lip. And which specialist in dentistry should I consult for it.thanks is advance.

I have extremely sore gums ... first the pain started form the wisdom tooth area, then it exceeded to my lower gums and now complete mouth is sore and swelled up

So 2 months back i had a wisdom tooth extraction (he pulled out the teeth with anaesthesia), but i do have a symptom, Like when i blow air in my cheek, near my angle of mandible or maybe in the parotid gland(not sure), i feel a pus like thing expanding, and when i leave air, it contracts back making a "pach pach" or fluidy sound. Is it because of any issue with the extraction in that side or something else? M scared!

Unable to chew anything it get stuck in between tooth, so I don't want to remove my teeths but need suggestions how to get rid of these

What are the white spots on my gums . That are like burning sensation . Any doctor plz help me with this . What are these and any remidies

My gum and mouth area surrounding lower right wisdom tooth is swollen and it's very painful. I've been suffering from it for the last 4 days. I have difficulty swallowing and it's very painful. The wisdom tooth hasn't completely come out. What should I do?

I have pain in gum and seems gum recession in many teeth. Its become  worst while eating non veg.please suggests medicine or mouthwash.

Hi Doctor. I observed i have black marks on wisdom teeths, i dont have pain in lower teeth. Sometimes i got pain in upper teeths and bleeding gums. am worried whether it will create any problem in future?? I have Attached photos of my teeths. Please adivise what i need to do?

Some white mole/ tear of skin under tongue near joint and its irritating. Not much pain but it's irritating
