Tmj locking and clicking
From last 1.5 years whenever I open my mouth big my right side jaw make sound and suddenly locking and I instantly close my mouth in order to avoid any permanent open mouth lock....and from last 5 months I hear a little clicking on left side of jaw but no locking...I am having braces treatment since last 7 months the surgeon is saying it will be improved but since last 7 months of braces nothing is improved?

You definitely have joint issue, due to which that clicking sound comes or your mouth gets locked whenever you open and close your mouth. We can start from a conservative treatment but then it mostly requires a surgical treatment. What I would suggest you is if it is not hindering your normal routine you can just avoid opening your mouth wide but if it is very problematic then further investigations have to be done followed by proper treatment
