Yes u might feel it ,but if u are sure that u have TMJ related disorder then u should go for MRI of the joint in open and close mouth position .The MRI will show the exact condition of the joint space.
But before going for any investigation I would advice u to visit a dentist for a clinical check up ,as u said u feel click sound ,and with your age TMJ disorders are very common but require detail investigation and there are different mode of treatment depending on the severity of the case .For more detail consultation u can contact me on personal chat box
Dizziness is not related.
But, clicking sound is.
Soft diet. Use spoon while eating. Not to open mouth wide while eating, talking loudly, yawning, clenching teeth. Chew
food with both right and left sided teeth, don't chew by single sided teeth.
Make sure you don't have night grinding habit.
Dizziness is mainly not symptom of Tmj disorder. But clicking sound while eating is the main feature of TMJ disorder.
