Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, Suddenly i got with a toothache on my left molars (down) after completing my lunch and the pain increases gradually on to the jaw. Now my pain is unbearable, I thought that would be an infection and took antibiotics, anti inflammatory and pain killer. The pain went down until the effect of medicine but the pressure on the jaw remains same. I am facing this for past two days. Now if I drink water it gives pressure and pain on jaw or molar area. Please advice.

Please note the green mark in the image, when i put my finger and open close mouth, when the muscle gets rubbed there, it feels dull sore type ache, it doesn't happen on left side of neck. 2-3 weeks back that pain happened i was given amoxyclav by doctor thinking it's a wisdom tooth extraction infection, my wisdom tooth extraction was done one june 28, now its aug 17, so m nt sure if that still can affect that area, this pain was never there before the extraction. When i turn my head sidewise and click my ears, i get a stabbing type pain the the bottom end where the green line ends. Please help me..

I take methotrexate injection every week. Can I take anaesthesia to remove my decay teeth. The teeth is broken.

Can I fix artifical teeth in the jaw curve area or should I go for implant. I want the teeth like malocclusion teeth that grows above the teeth line means in the curve are...should I go for artificial teeth or implantations. I want teeth like the pdf uploaded.

My son is 3.10 years old. He has little gap in between all his teeth. Is it normal to have such gap. When is the right time to introduce him to the dentist. Please advise

My baby turned 1 year last week...but still has no teeth....some complications occured during the delivery of baby...so we are watching her milestones...till now everything is ok....should I be worried about the teeth problem?!!is it a matter of concern?!!any remedies?!!

I accidentally hit the wall while doing some high intensity exercises and both my upper and lower incisors faces the impact and I felt them moving out of place. However they seemed to restore back but now after 2 weeks I feel it's not fully fixed and it's moving back and forth when I use my tongue. The gum over it is also a bit irritated today. What should I do about these two teeth? I really don't want to lose them.

I have 2 small red dots(look like bruise) beside one another on my cheek, they are painless and developed maybe overnight or a day back. Not older than that. What is it.
