Tooth and Mouth Problems

Why my tongue looks like this ? Is it normal ? Kindly advise me , will it occure any serious health problem

I want to know about the cause and when I scrapped out its stated bleeding and white patches are coming out

My upper two teeth's are not aligned.... let me know which braces are good and takes how much time to align.

I feel pain and the colour of gum is dark. This  happens at the end of my right lower jaw from 2 days. On the left side of my mouth at the end of my left side lower jaw there is a small white patch at the corner of my molar teeth but no pain yet. What it could be should I go for a check up? Please provide me suggestions. I have also attached the pictures of both problems. Check the pictures by zooming it.
