Nothing to worry about it. I think it's geographic tongue and will heal on its own. but still need full history to confirm it like is their any burning sensation or pain.

It is normal for tongue to loose it’s taste buds a some places. If this is moving to different places on the tongue once in few months it’s called geographic tongue. If you have recently recovered from Covid 19 , bald tongue and geographic tongue have become even more common.
