Tooth and Mouth Problems

Why the area is getting hyper-pigmented? In my buccal mucosa it started now its spreading all over the labial mucosa, when i lick it it feels sour as if any wound is there, but no burning or itching. Why is that happening? Do i require a biopsy? I observed topical costicosteroids do work but aggravate it when stopped.. Help. Non smoker, no tobacco usage, occasional alcohol user(very rare). I can eat spicy food without issues.

Hi , My question is regarding my teeths. So the problem is I have a bad smile and my front two teeths are abnormally structured. I can't smile anymore and feels ashamed almost all the time. I would just like to know about the strength of emax crowns and one of the major concern is that "do they look fake" ? I think I am getting wisdom tooth, 2 small teeth are coming in the right side upward and downward. Its not paining but its scratching the skin which is coming in contact with them, that causes a bit irritation. I find difficulty in chewing and to open my mouth.
