Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dr my upper molar has fractured if I remove it can I have plastic teeth because I am unable to afford other options

I got my upper 3rd molar extracted yesterday. The doctor also gave me a stitch at the extraction site. I am taking ketorol-dt for pain management. I had taken it for 5 days before the surgery as well as there was pain so doctor had suggested it. I found out that this medicine should not be used for long and i really need a painkiller right now as i haven't been able to sleep because of the pain. Please suggest what other medicines i can use in this case?

Rct was done on last molar and dentist made the tooth smaller so as to make the cap fit there and cut gum with laser. I have pain since 4 days on that area. Please suggest what can be done as I'm applying dologel CT there as prescribed by dentist.

Do i need to dilute hydroxyl mouthwash with water or should i use undiluted mouthwash to rinse my mouth?

Dr I had my upper molar tooth one cusp became flat ,I have the habit of chewing only one side because I am not comfortable on other side tooth because it had heavy amalgam Restoration ,what happened to my upper molar tooth

In retromolar area what is that white bumpish thing? Is that normal? Previously i had a buccally erupted wisdom tooth there which caused trauma there. Attached images of pre and post extraction.

Since last week i had a pain or more like tenderness when i clicked in that area encircled in yellow. 4 weeks back i hat extracted upper wisdom tooth but had taken antibiotics for 5 days. So recently i went to an ent as a precaution he gave amoxyclav + zerodol mr for 5 days, today's the 4th day but I don't see any improvement. I mean when i click the pain has reduced but if i put my finger on the area(more to the top, near ramus), and open close my jaw? When the muscle gets rubbed i feel pain, tenderness. I checked with the dentist who extracted my molar also, he said it might be a pinched muscle so he said to continue with the zerodol mr. few weeks back i had a problem of mouth dryness, which has somehow reduced can this pain be related to that partoid gland? Or salivary stone? M worried as its a little deep. Please help, note i dnt feel anything when i do normal activity but when i put my finger and massage that muscle pain/tenderness/soreness is felt in that area, and bone :(

In 2013 my central Incisor tooth got cracked against stair.The doctor picked it up and cut the lateral incisors of both side and made a crown/dental Bridge and fit into my mouth.But It looks yellowish and too fake.Looks like plastic and glossy on seeing which anyone can tell this is fake teeth.Besides,It doesn't match my original teeth colour and that's why I hesitate to smile.Please tell me how can I get back my sweet, natural and healthy smile which attracts everyone.
