I have shared my opg x-ray. I have issue with gum receding and have front teeth moving and week. Was suggested flap surgery tooth extraction and implant. Need opinion on how much this may cost in Hyderabad. Also as per x-ray how many teeth may be required to be removed. Can they be saved from extraction and only remove one front teeth that is moving

Flap surgery may be helpful. But as per your case good prognosis is doubtful.
I think you should consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hello..
I saw the opg attached..
There is horizontal bone loss in all your teeth..
You can do flap surgery..
It's essential to maintain the remaining teeth..
The lower front teeth have to be replaced after extraction..
Thank you.

Hello you will need flap surgery for sure.. lower front four teeth will go and a bridge would be preferable as already canines are slightly compromised it will be like a splint to join them together with bridge . Apart from that need to check clinically how the back teeth are . Amount of mobility in them . Based on bone loss you may need a LANAP procedure as conventional flap surgery can worsen the situation sometimes
Yes, you certainly need flap surgery and graft as well. The tooth which has grade 3 mobility needs to be replaced with either bridge or implant. ( depends on your budget).
