Tooth and Mouth Problems

Root canal treatment done by my dentist on me. It took him 45 days. He still not put crown (after chipping teeth 4 days before) and still I feel a low pain when I click my teeth . Please explain why?

Hi sir/mam, I have a small red dot inside my inner right mouth cheek. This came suddenly, I have noticed now. It is Painless I am 26, no smoking habits. Pics attached.

Hi I have been seeing this for last one month in my floor of the mouth. First day I felt something touching under my tongue, but after one day this feeling had gone.  I have habit history. Hi, From past 1 week I'm observing a small bump or needle like structure on my tongue (single needle). It is not causing any pain or disturbance while eating/brushing. But, wanted to know what is that. It appears to be a small throne with ivory/white in colour. Note : My health condition is stable and I'm not on any medications. Please let me know about this issue and possible actions.
