White Inflamed Patch
Hi I have been seeing this for last one month in my floor of the mouth. First day I felt something touching under my tongue, but after one day this feeling had gone.  I have habit history. I have visited 2 MDS , one has written ulcer and another written Soft Tissue WNL. I am so much anxious as medication like antibiotics and vitamin didn't heal up. Pls go through the picture and suggest..
