Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeth on front upper jaw have become too sensitive after I started taking lemon water daily since past one year. Also, despite regular brushing I have yellow layer o my teeth and the tongue also has a white coat on it every morning. Please suggest some toothpaste and remedy for making the tongue pink and healthy.

What are my options now after having bad orthodontic treatment (extraction of teeth). My jaw is recessed. Are there any non surgical options? Is it possible to treat in adults?

My 4.5 year old has 2 shaky teeth. Isn't it too soon for milk teeth to fall? She has not had any injury but the bottom 2 teeth are shaking. Is there anything we can do to ensure those teeth do not fall out. Any supplements we can give? She is scared to bite into anything due to fear of pain in teeth.

I got RCT done approx 4 months back .. crown was not placed due to covid and I stopped visiting my dentist. I am having problem in chewing because food stucks and also I feel pain not in tooth but at right side at the gum of treated tooth. What could it be? Please suggest and if it will go once the crown is placed.

There was 2 molar, while extracting one molar the next tooth filling came out and the next tooth is paining from that day. Now its been 2 month the extraction place is recovered completely but the tooth next to it still have slight pain. Till when it will go. It seems the tooth got kind of fracture at time of extraction. Please see xRay and suggest. Its RCT is done 3 month back but bcoz of pain after extraction we didn't done final filling on it assuming it will get recover after some time. But that next tooth is not well till now. Still feels some pain.

Does mouthwash affect(discolor/erode) composite tooth filling made out of calcium, gic and fluoride? Are there any types of mouthwashes that are harmful or not? eg: alcohol based, non alcohol based? Is there any specific brand and type that you suggest as harmless?

After dental Anestasia, and the tooth extraction, does the lower lips swell? I'm also having little pain.

I have pain in my lower jaw under ear lobe and neck(from under ear to collar bone) since May 2020. Started with mild swelling in lower jaw, ear pain and pain in jaw under ear. I went to dentist to check jaw pain in June 2020 and he spotted 46 hurt/sensitive for tapping and biting on it. I didn't have tooth pain until that visit. Sent me to Endo. Taken cbct,xray. Nothing found. Told me to do Rct for this pain and symptoms. Had Rct an year back and still the same on 46. No changes. Same tapping/biting pressure on tooth 46. Tooth 46 and gum hurts constantly like throbbing. Seen few Endo and no answers. Taken 3cbct. Taken MRI and cbct of tmj and clear. OMFS said it's Myofascial syndrome and did physical therapy for it. No relief. Constant pain even after doing PT for many months now. I have small lump on neck since this started. Same size and small hard pea like lump. Taken CT neck scan. Constant pain in jaw under ear&neck&46. 47 gum hurts since last week after cleaning. tooth issue?
