Brushing timing
Hi, in a month generally i do 7-8 night shifts from 10 pm to 7 am ,after that i sleep like 7-8 hrs in day time..... Usually i do brush my teeth 2 times - in morning and before going to bed at night.. So during night shift how to manage this should i continue with my normal timings ?
