Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor, I had mouth ulcers since over a week. But now it looks like gums are inflamed. And also, there is pain in swollen lymph node under jawline. There is also throat pain and bad breath. Should I see a dentist or general physician? Please guide. Thank you.

Front teeth have brown stains. Kindly recommend me some home remedies or medication for removing this stains. Thanks.

I had  rct of my 2 insicors in 2017 but the doctor had not it properly as infection is there now my dentist is telling that if the canals r not found then my tooth can't b saved and I have to wait till it fall off automatically then I should go for some replacement what can I do ?

I had surgical extraction of horizontally placed wisdom teeth in lower left side. I had little pain after local anesthesia went off and also took painkiller. But after around 40 hours, suddenly pain started on upper left tooths. It is now around 4th day, but upper tooth pain still there whenever painkiller effect wears off. Surgical site has mild to no pain at all though. What could be the reason for pain in upper tooth?

Hi, I have TMJ arthralgia and I am already on conservative treatment since 2 months. Dr has advised steroid injection in the joint now. I want to know if it's safe to take it? Any side effects? I am going to travel in next 2 weeks out of India. Please advise.

So i have a recent history of getting my bucval/labial mucosa dry,pigmented and keratised(roughness). Also i have noticed in my right buccal mucosa near to the buccal floor and on the lips, the artery got more prominent where the pigmentation has occurred, is it a sign of infection? I am sure few days back when this pigmentation had not started in my labial mucosa this artery wasn't felt that time but now it is! Please guide me. Also when i blow air in my right buccal mucosa sometime i feel a filling of air like think near my tmj lik when u do valsalva with nose and you ear drums expand and collapse, similar, also a little pain was there along the jawline bone just below ear and near tmj. M scared, please guide me.

Leave the pigmentation part, it might be physiological but what are these crack like marks on them? Which seems a little reddish with. Depression? The entire area is keratanised as well, when my teeth touches that area cheek feels rough, are those lichenoid reaction marks? Or is it due to any infection? I wanted to grt an biopsy for confirmation but 2-3 dentists here said no need to do.. Is it dysplasia? M scared

Can just by mistake pushed my lower canines forward now I'm feeling that I'm not able to keep eyes together aligned. Does such thing happen? And what to do? Please reply

I recovered from covid 19, planning to remove wisdom teeth all side, but due to this pandemic situation I am postponing. Day by day cheek bites increasing. Please suggest to stop this cheek bite for another 2 months and I am using dento gel for cheek bite , twice or thrice for week.
