Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have severe gum pain on lower molars first and second on the right side for one week now. I had dental cleaning last week and the gum pain started in second molar 47 since then. The gum pain in first molar 46 is present even before the cleaning. I also have pain in that first molar tooth 46. This tooth pain is since June 2020 and had root canal for that pain. But no infection or cavity on that tooth before root canal. Gum pain severe constantly on 46 and 47 now. What's the issue and treatment? Severe tooth and gum pain like throbbing all the time. I also have jaw and neck pain.

How effective is laser wisdom tooth extraction? Does it affect the gums, do they grow back? How different is it from the traditional extraction? Which is the best considering the patients comfort and recovery after surgery? Thank you
