My front teeth are too sensitive to hot and cold and at times feel mild pain very mild. What to do??

Their are many reasons for tooth sensitivity like wrong brushing technique which lead to chip off of superficial layers of enamel, carious tooth etc. It's better to consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. You can use any tooth sensitivity toothpaste.

Faulty brushing technique with  hard toothbrush is the main cause of the problem.
