Got my silver filling done in one of the teeth which is the last ones ..in front of that teeth is my rct teeth ... So the filling is taking time to get set ... Does that means my teeth is destroyed that why filling is taking time .. because after filling i m expericining sensitivity please reply 1- sensitivity after silver filling is ohk 2- why is my filling taking time for getting fit

I am 28 years old male. Few years back I went root canal to my tooth but due to my hictic schedule I didn't make a cap to my tooth. In recently, the tooth is cracked i.e some portion of my tooth is broken while some portion remains same. So, what's the solution for this. Is, wearing cap to my tooth is allowable or removing the tooth & further going to tooth implant. Please give your best suggestion Thank and regards.

Hi For generalized worn down of upper and lower back teeth( possibly due to grinding habit during sleep) , can't filling or capping without rct procedure be done for those teeth?The enamel layer is severely worn down and dentin is visible which cause occasional senstivity. Why to wait till more damage is done and then RCT with capping is only option left?

In 23 July I realise it hahalf size of button and I started Gargle with saline water and it goes to some extent but not fully now it is 50 days it is pain less I am attaching a picture Please suggest me what should I do
