My son who had hit on his mouth and later we asked one of his teeth was yellow, he informed as he may got hit on his upper lips, the upper teeth continue to be different colour even after brush daily

Infection on tongue
Looks like I have developed some infection on my tongue, not sure if it is fungal or bacterial as it is at back.
Some bumps are there, the tongue is little whitish. On cleaning with tongue cleaner, the blood comes out from some places. Post that, have burning sensation.
