Hello.
Children tend to get traumatized often. The yellow discoloration of the teeth is due to the trauma (hit on this mouth). The colour of the tooth doesn't get reversed even after regular brushing. Hard food items should not be consumed. Soft diet has to be followed for few days.
Next Steps
Visit nearby dentist. X ray has to be taken. Check the tooth if it is mobile.

It means trauma to tooth causing lack of blood supply to tooth and causing pulp damage.you should go to dental clinic for treatment as rct or pulpectomy may require.
You need to get an x ray of that tooth. Color change indicates that tooth doesn't receive adequate blood supply. X ray can help to diagnose the extent of damage.
Kindly visit clinic or consult with doctor online for better guidance and treatment options.
The milk tooth has to be kept in place until permanent tooth erupts in front reg.. Xray should b done for checking vitality of teeth.. if any changes seen in pulp or periapical reg Pulpectomy should b done in Dental clinic
Next Steps
Go to dentist for Pulp Vitality Test & get an Xray of 2A..
Health Tips
Don't waste much time or the tooth will turn black with time & loose its workability completely
Hello
See yellowish color can be due to the inner dentin as well but with the history of trauma, can be an internal resorption taking place or radicular cyst.
Next Steps
would advise an x ray and an online one to one consultation for thorough diagnosis and treatment plan. take care
