I have very tiny bump inside my both side cheek below first molar toth.. quite simlar both side ..i can not find any thing unusal by looking but when i rub my touge i can feel them both sides.

If it's on both side of the molars on cheek most probably it's a opening of a salivary duct, if it's not painful and not causing any discomfort just ignore it
