Redness, tenderness in palate
I have been having a sore, tenderness in my palate for 2-3 days now and it's not going away on its own. No pain. Should I try salt water gargle or OTC medicine? Not a chronic smoker but did smoke and drink before I noticed this. Kindly advise. Thank you.

I think accidentally, you might eat or drink something very hot.  Wait for a week, if it doesn't heal then consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Till then don't eat or drink anything hot.
