Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am due for 2nd jab for covishield on 22/09/2021, as of now I am observing infection and gum pain. Please advice whether second jab vaccination is advisable. Thank you.

Hii 3days back I had pain in my gums around the  wisdom tooth so I visited a dentist & she said that the tooth has to be removed but for now she gave some medicines to relief pain(zerodol sp 15mg, clavam 625).i'm taking those medicines for 2days but my gums are still hurting there is no change. now I just checked that I have some  large bumps at the back of my tounge...Is it normal or Anything serious??? Plz suggest me something..Is it any sign for chronic diseases?

Dear Doctor, I am 32 years old, and i have a baby canine tooth which was not fell down during my childhood, now at this age it is wiggling. I took the x-ray and there is a permanent canine tooth behind it and it not visible outside. I have few questions as follows and please answer : 1. What are all the risks involved to expose the impacted canine in the age of 32 years?. If i leave the tooth without exposing it with surgery , does it effect other tooth? 2. What is the average or approximate cost of treatment (please answer this question). 3. Currently i am residing in a town. If you suggesting to go for a surgery to expose canine teeth, Do you recommend me to consult in city (Chennai or Hyderabad or Vijaywada)  or in the town (Machilipatnam) which i am residing now.
