Hi,
Your teeth need cleaning and polishing. You can visit dentist and get it done. It won't go by just brushing. Once they are clean you can maintain the hygiene by brushing and mouth wash.

Hello
The discolouration is mainly due to chromogenic bacteria, you need to visit a dentist and get your teeth cleaning and polishing done. I think your issue will be solved after that because that is the main reason for the discolouration of teeth that you are feeling.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get your teeth checked, probably scaling will be required
