Orthodontic issue

My molar teeth are tilted outwards and there is deep bite also. I poted for braces and it's been 9 months since I got braces. My orthodontust is saying I can go for removal of braces for upper teeth as they are done. But I don't think it's done. Please help me form an opinion for further decision.
