After surgery 5 years ago...last year it happened n this year again...front 2 teeth pains...no blood..no gum swelling..only pain...please giv pain killer..fr this

My son fall down, front teeth broken. Yet to remove bleeding stopped ad mouth ad gum heeling now well.but its shaking. Advised him to not bite at front teeth. Straw for water.soft food last one week. If we go for replacement for 3yrs what are the possible? Till 7yrs without teeth makes any issue. Attached xray.

Have been recommended by my siblings to use Fluoride-free toothpastes such as Meswak, as they suggest that fluoride causes discoloration and bone issues. However, everywhere I hear that fluoride is a must in toothpastes in order to prevent cavities. Can you please tell me what kind of toothpaste to use, and if possible, recommend one to use on a day-to-day basis? I have largely healthy teeth but get minor cavities or pits in my teeth sometimes. I brush twice a day and get checkups done from time to time.

I swallowed very few cocaine particles by mistake 2 days ago as i didnt know what was it. So now my upper part of mouth has white spots and red lining while inner mouth red and uvula red. Cant eat anything because of inflammation during eating. Water rolls down from eyes when tried to eat.
