6 days before my wisdom tooth removed through surgical, today i have running nose. Shall i use cetirizine tablet.

Was the wisdom tooth upper or lower?
If lower, then running nose is not related to it and it is seasonal, for which you can take any anti-allergic medicine along with steam inhalation.
If the wisdom tooth was upper, then you need to visit your treating doctor and get it checked once, because sometimes the tooth root is long and in communication with the air filled cavity known as sinus, that might lead to nasal symptoms at times.
