I am a final year Engineering student. My left zygomatic arch was pressed very hard in a wrestling match on 18 of August (head was between forearms of opponent and got pressed very hard through the left zygomatic bone) after the match I had severe pain in the left arch.
Ater one day I started having dizziness and the stabbing pain had spread to my nose, between my eyes and forehead, I had done the CT scan of my facial bones and MRI of head and the were normal but still I have dizziness, pain in the arch, nose and forehead.
Plus whenever I do something heavy I have severe pain in the mentioned area and bloodshot eyes.
I wonder if my left zygomatic arch has got depressed a bit without getting fractured.
I really want to become normal, start working out and get back to normal routine as this condition is very frustrating and painful.
