Hi doctor , i feel like there is some hard outgrowth on lower jaw I will attach the pic ...please suggest me if it is serious

Hello mam, As itz not clear pic.. Well  itz seems more of gummy swelling due to peridontitis.... Better to rule out with an xray.. There is scale of calculus inner aspect of ur  teeth.. Proper cleaning is must.

Hello dear Please be aware. I think it is mandibular tori or bony outgrowth.see if it interferes with speech and eating then it requires excision otherwise no treatment is required as it is non cancerous.however for further details you can consult me Thanks
