This hard bump has been present on my lower jaw since past 1-2 years. It hasn't changed shape or size. It's on the inner side of the left lower jaw behind the premolars. It's only on one side
Is it like mandibular tori ?

As I can see in the attached image that the elevation is not showing any sign of inflammation or any infection.
This is called as Mandibular Torus. Which is normal anatomical feature as long as it is asymptomatic.

Mandibular tori are usually symmetrical meaning you’ll have it on both sides of your jaw unless its present on the middle of the floor of mouth. Kindly get a consultancy done and find the exact diagnosis based on your symptoms. Also an OPG would he helpful for final diagnosis.
