Hi I am from new delhi I have 4 extra teeth in 2 lower and 2 upper front side and my age is 30 years so I want to know I can go for bracing it is useful at a age of 30? What type of bracing useful duration? Treatment? From where?

Hello. Orthodontic treatment- aligns your teeth, corrects any crowding, spacing or malocclusion, also retroclines or proclines your teeth (as and how required). You can undergo orthodontic treatment at any age.
Orthodontic treatment includes metal/ceramic braces or invisible braces/aligners.

Hello there! Braces will be an excellent choice to get your teeth aligned. Yes, you can get it done at 30 since there is no upper age limit for braces. Considering your profession, ceramic braces or aligners will suit you as they have more esthetic appeal than metal braces. The duration is 14 to 18 months.

Definitely braces treatment can be done at your age. But first of all just get a full mouth x-ray done as that would be a guide before proceeding with the treatment. You can visit an orthodontist or a braces specialist and get the treatment started for you.
