Like any surgical procedure, You may feel pain and discomfort after Apicoectomy. It should subside completely within a week or two. If you are having pain after 2 months then you need to consult with doctor again. Because their might be recurrent infection. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, and try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, use mouthwash.

After apicoectomy, healing takes some time (symptoms should subside within 10-15 days and radiographic healing might take 6-12 months). Having unstoppable pain after 2 months indicates some infection. Kindly upload your radiograph for better guidance
Next Steps
You need to visit your dentist and get an examination done
