Hello mam... The success depends on regression of signs and symptoms..... x-ray examination should be done after 3 months, 6 months, 1 year to check for healing of periapical lesion

Success depends on resolved symptoms and confirmation can be done by repeating xray after 3 months and 6 months.

Just see if all your symptoms are gone and take xrays every 6months to 1 year and look for healing of the periapical lesion. Compare previous x rays with new xrays
