Consult with a dentist

Need to know full history before diagnosis. Pain in tooth radiating to ear and head could be due to infection in tooth, erupting wisdom tooth etc. X ray or OPG will help in diagnosis. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Till then try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, if you see any swelling over face then apply ice pack over effected area.

Hello sir! As per your complaint, it could be a wisdom tooth pain...you should visit a dentist to get a x-ray to confirm it and get the treatment respectively. Thanks

Hello Such kind of bad and radiating pain can be due to an erupting wisdom tooth or a deeply decayed tooth (where the decay has reached till the tooth nerves). In both the cases, you need to visit your dentist, get a proper checkup done. He will take x rays for you and guide you properly.
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist and get yourself checked and treated.
