Tooth ache
It has been 2 months now for my upper and lower left tooth pain. The pain is not heavy, but it hurts while eating something. Contacted local dentist, nothing in MRI. Consulted an ENT, nothing in endoscopy. He asked for PNS MRI as I had covid 6 months back. Attached is MRI scan, does someone sees something? Please help.
